Your course deserves more than a few photos.

Golfers are choosing where to play before they ever reach the first tee. If they can't see what makes your course special, they can't choose it.

Could not see the course. Did not book.

Looked the same as everywhere else. Went with the cheaper option.

Wanted to show the group what to expect. Had nothing to send them.

Stop competing on price.

When every golf club looks the same online, golfers compare green fees. A society organiser opens three tabs. Three sets of photos. Three paragraphs per hole. Maybe a scorecard PDF. Nothing that shows them why one course is better than another. So they book the cheapest, or the one they already know.

Your course is not the same as the other two. But right now, it looks like it is.

Show them the course. Win the booking.

The Course Guide captures your entire course from the air and brings it to life with the information golfers actually want. Every hole. Every challenge. Every reason to play.

So golfers don't have to imagine the experience. They can see it.

“More people are booking because they can actually see what the course looks like before they come. But it is not just the course. We have had more people using the range, more lesson enquiries, because everything is in one place with the prices and how to book. It is basically our entire marketing in one link.”
Jack Coulbert, Manager, Swanmore Golf Centre

Walk your signature holes before you arrive

We survey your key holes and rebuild them as 3D environments you can explore from any angle. Real slopes, real bunker depth, real green contours.

What you actually have to do

We film. One visit, around your tee sheet, without disrupting play.

We build. Every hazard traced, styled to your brand. About an hour of your pro's time to add their strategy notes.

You link it. One link on your website. We handle hosting, updates, and the monthly report.

Get in touch and we will come back with a plan, a filming date, and a quote based on your course.

What it costs

Every guide is built bespoke, so the build cost depends on your course: the number of holes, the facilities you want included, and whether you want the 3D view. We will quote after an initial conversation.

Hosting starts from £79 per month.

Built by someone who knows courses

The Course Guide is built by a filmmaker who has spent fifteen years on golf courses, not a software company. Every guide is filmed, traced, and built by hand.

Do we have to change our website or booking system?

No. The guide sits on your own subdomain and links out to whatever you already use. Your web company does not need to be involved beyond adding one link.

How much of our time does it take?

One filming visit and about an hour with your professional. Nothing else.

Will filming disrupt play?

No. We work around your tee sheet and film the whole course in a single visit.

What happens when the course changes?

New bunker, new tee, redesigned hole: we refilm the affected holes and update the guide. Hosting covers it.

Who owns it?

You do. It is your footage, your brand, and your subdomain.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Phone, tablet, laptop, desktop.

Will there be adverts on it?

No. Your guide is yours. We do not sell advertising space on it.

How do we know it is working?

A monthly report with views, most-viewed holes, and click-throughs to your booking system.
